What is Propolis?
Propolis is a sticky substance which is gathered by the bees from tree barks and leaves. The bees then mixed this substance with their own secretion. Propolis is very rich in amino acids, vitamins, minerals and flavonoid.
What is Propolis used for?
Propolis is widely known to be natures’ anti-biotic. It is also anti-viral, anti-fungal, anti-septic and anti-bacterial. Its usage is very wide and is commonly used for the following:
Cold, flu, cough
Relief sore throat, nose blockage, headache, fever, inflammation
Pain & swelling
Reduce swelling and soothe pain at inflamed area
Cuts & bleeding
Stop the bleeding and prevent infection of wound

Will there be any reaction after taking Propolis?
Propolis will adjust the body system and eliminates toxin accumulated or congested in our body. This process of elimination might cause some symptoms that is known as ‘Body Recovery Reaction’, which will occur to some people. This is just temporary and mild, it might take about one week to a month for the symptoms to disappear. For first time user, it is advisable to start with low dosage of 1 capsule per day for a week and resume to normal recommended dosage thereafter. Possible body recovery reaction symptoms which might occur: constipation, diarrhea, bloating abdomen, dizzy, insomnia, rapid heartbeat and perspiration.
